Elven Craftables Talisman Quest Info

In order to receive information for the quest, you need to visit the NPC that is located at the Fletcher shop in South Vesper.
Double-click on it, and he will provide you with the details.

Once you read the text, you'll have to move to Wrong Dungeon and go West from there until you see a cave.
In that cave, you'll see the Thief. He will request you an exceptional composite bow crafted by YOU.
Just hand him the composite bow, and that's it! :)
